1. Shipping Destinations:

We currently offer shipping within India. Please note that we do not ship internationally at this time.

2. Order Processing Time:

We strive to process all orders within 1-2 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays). During peak seasons or promotional periods, processing times may be slightly longer. We appreciate your understanding.  

3. Shipping Methods and Estimated Delivery Times:

We partner with reputable courier services to ensure reliable delivery. The estimated delivery time will depend on your location and the shipping method chosen at checkout. The following are general estimates:

  • Standard Shipping: 3-7 business days from the date of dispatch.
  • Expedited Shipping (if available): 1-3 business days from the date of dispatch.

Please note that these are estimated delivery times and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to factors beyond our control, such as weather conditions, transportation disruptions, or incorrect address information.  

4. Shipping Charges:

Shipping charges will be calculated based on the weight of your order and your delivery location. The exact shipping cost will be displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.  

  • We may offer free shipping on orders above a certain value. Please check our website for current promotions.  

5. Order Tracking:

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number and a link to the courier's website. You can use this tracking number to monitor the progress of your shipment. Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking information to become available.  

6. Delivery Address:

Please ensure that you provide a complete and accurate shipping address, including your full name, street address, city, state, and pin code. Aclaris will not be responsible for delays or non-delivery due to incorrect or incomplete address information provided by the customer.

7. Delivery Attempts:

If you are unavailable to receive the delivery, they may leave a notification card with instructions on how to arrange for a re-delivery or pick up your order from their local office. 8. Lost or Damaged Packages:

While we take utmost care in packaging your order, unforeseen circumstances during shipping may lead to damage or loss.
